We process personal data only insofar as this is necessary for the provision of a functional website and our content and services. Processing is carried out on the basis of the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.
3. Server Log Files
When you access our website, information is automatically collected that your browser transmits (so-called server log files). These include in particular:
- IP address (possibly in abbreviated form)
- Date and time of the request
- Page / resource accessed
- Referrer URL (previously visited page)
- Browser and operating system used
- Data transferred / HTTP status code
Processing is carried out on the basis of Article 6(1)(f) UK GDPR (legitimate interest) to ensure the technical stability and security of the website. Log files are automatically deleted after a maximum of 7 days.
4. Contact Form
If you use our contact form, we process the data you enter (name, email address, phone optional, message) in order to process your enquiry. Processing is carried out on the basis of Article 6(1)(b) UK GDPR (pre-contractual measures) or Article 6(1)(f) UK GDPR (legitimate interest in responding to enquiries).
The data is used exclusively for processing your enquiry and is not passed on to third parties. It will be deleted after completion of processing, unless there is a statutory retention obligation.
5. Appointment Booking via Calendly
For booking consultation appointments, we use a service provided by Calendly LLC, 271 17th St NW, 10th Floor, Atlanta, GA 30363, USA. When using the widget, data (in particular name, email address, selected appointment) is transmitted directly to Calendly and processed on their servers.
Processing is carried out on the basis of Article 6(1)(b) UK GDPR (pre-contractual measures) and on the basis of your consent (Article 6(1)(a) UK GDPR) when using the widget. For data transfers to the USA, a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) with Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) is used. Further information: Calendly Privacy Policy.
6. Cookies and Similar Technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies to provide, analyse our website and — with your consent — to display personalised content and advertising through advertising partners (e.g. native advertising networks such as Taboola).
We set necessary cookies on the basis of Article 6(1)(f) UK GDPR (legitimate interest). For all non-essential cookies, we obtain your consent via our cookie banner in accordance with Article 6(1)(a) UK GDPR and the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR). Details can be found in our Cookie Policy.
7. Native Advertising / Advertising Partners
This page may be advertised and distributed via external native advertising platforms. We currently use or may use the following advertising partners:
- MediaGo DSP (operated by Baidu (Hong Kong) Limited, 2601-2608, 26/F, Tower One, Times Square, 1 Matheson Street, Causeway Bay, Hong Kong). MediaGo is an AI-powered programmatic advertising platform. When this website is distributed via MediaGo's network, MediaGo may collect device data, IP address, browser information, and interaction data for the purpose of ad targeting and campaign measurement. Further information: MediaGo Privacy Policy.
- Taboola Inc., 16 Madison Square West, 7th Floor, New York, NY 10010, USA. Further information: Taboola Privacy Policy.
As part of this distribution, cookies and tracking technologies from these partners may be set on your device. Pseudonymous user profiles may be created in order to personalise interest-based content and advertisements.
Processing is carried out — where required — on the basis of your consent (Article 6(1)(a) UK GDPR). For data transfers to countries outside the UK/EEA, Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) are used in accordance with Article 46 UK GDPR.
8. Quiz Results
The answers entered as part of the negotiation assessment (quiz) are evaluated exclusively locally in the browser. No server-side storage of individual results takes place. The evaluation serves only to display an immediate assessment and is not linked to personal data.
9. Retention Period
We store personal data only for as long as is necessary for the respective processing purposes or as required by statutory retention obligations (e.g. tax retention periods of up to 6 years under UK law). The data is then routinely deleted or anonymised.
