Cancellation Policy
As of: March 2026
1. Right to Cancel
If you are a consumer, you have the right to cancel an online coaching or training contract within 14 days without giving any reason, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. A consumer is any individual who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor self-employed professional activities.
2. Cancellation Period
The cancellation period is 14 days from the date of contract formation. To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision to cancel this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. by email).
3. Exercising the Right to Cancel
To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right to cancel before the cancellation period has expired. Please address your cancellation to:

4. Effects of Cancellation
If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, promptly and no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to cancel this contract. We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.
5. Commencement of Service Before End of Cancellation Period
If you have requested that the coaching service should commence during the cancellation period, you shall pay us a reasonable amount corresponding to the proportion of the services already performed up to the point at which you informed us of your exercise of the right to cancel this contract, in comparison with the total scope of services provided for in the contract.
6. Exclusion of the Right to Cancel
The right to cancel may lapse if the service has been fully performed and you have previously expressly consented to us beginning performance of the service before the end of the cancellation period and have simultaneously acknowledged that you will lose your right to cancel upon full performance of the contract.
This Cancellation Policy is supplementary to our Terms & Conditions. In the event of doubt, the statutory provisions of the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015 take precedence.
